Well, to give you the best overview of statistics, one of the Casinomeister forum members, Blathaon, posted results of his 400 feature triggers on the 243-Way GOT. In sum, he triggered each bonus at least 100 times. So here are his max winnings after a hundred rounds for each bonus:

• Baratheon: 3,083x the total bet
• Lannister: 231x the total bet
• Stark: 961x the total bet
• Targaryen: 251x the total bet.

The most that he hit in the base game was 990x the total stake. So as you can see, the results are fairly random. Judging only by this data, I’d go with the Baratheon feature. But I think in the long run they would pay the same on average.
